Focus on reducing the number of foods with ingredients you don't recognize as food. For instance, you don't have a Blue 1 requirement in your diet. Also, look for the word "whole" on the label next to the name of the grain in flour, pasta, oatmeal, or other products. It instantly boosts the fiber in the food because non-whole products often remove a part of the food containing fiber.
