I'm Reyna Gobel, MPH, co-creator of the 30-Day Precision Nutrition Challenge. 10 years ago, I was in bed for a month a year with sinus infections and severe allergies, despite multiple antibiotics prescriptions in succession. 2 years ago, Earl Cox had cardiac afibrillation and was told by his doctor change your diet or die, and Lynnette Khalfani-Cox had 85 pounds to lose.
Today, my allergy and and sinus infections have decreased dramatically, Earl feels better than he has in years and lost 65 pounds, and Lynnette lost those 85 lbs.
What changed?
We cleaned up our diets. We read food labels and tossed items from our pantries with preservatives and additives listed as ingredients. We also reduced eating refined grains such as white rice and pasta. For me, I did a blood test for food sensitivities, how our bodies react to food. I followed up the test with 3 months of rotating foods in and out of my diet to see which foods I felt better without. My culprit? Soy. I gave it up and feel so much better. We want to help you find the foods that may change how you feel.
We developed the 30-Day Precision Nutrition Challenge to help you figure out what changes will work best for you.
You'll learn:
This program is not a substitute for medical attention. This challenge will help you gain information for being a better partner with your doctor and nutritionist to achieve your personal best results.
In a Harvard-based Nurses’ Health Study, women eating 2 to 3 servings of whole-grain products each day were nearly a third less likely to have a heart attack or death from heart disease in a decade versus than women who ate less than 1 whole grain serving per week.
